I have a 97 Foto Flame beautiful red cherry to a bright yellow burst with a white perloid just georgeous! But I have been wondering it has a Fender Custom Shop Logo on the back of the headstock, could you explain this, it confuses me since these guitars were made in Japan! Thanks, terrific site!

Hi, love your site. have a '93 Strat Plus (DX?), Sherwood Green I thnk, bought it from the fellow who bought it new. has a metallic look to it. Red-blue-etc. pu's, Wilkinson nut, Sperzel tuners (so I was told by original owner), maple neck. wonderful guitar, great tone. like a bell. love your site. Heritage Guitar owner too, hey, I'm from Kalamazoo originally!

Awesome Site. I have a black Strat Plus with the pearl scratch plate. (made in 1989) I bought it second hand in 1996 and it's still probably my favorite. So glad I bought it and so glad i never parted with it. Has aged beautifully.
