Comments: Hi Jeff....Just found your site and its great! Very informative....however I'm confused about my own serial number. not sure if I have Frankenstrat. it ends with 72 wwhich is cobalt blue. My strat is a red wine color. it has 2 silver and 1 blue Fender Lace Sensors. Can you help? I can send pics if you need. I think its an 89. i bought it off Ebay about 10 years ago. Comments: Hey Xhefri, I'm looking at a vintage reissue '57 Stratocaster that was made in 1988. The ID# stamped on the bridge plate is V030459. How can I tell if the guitar was manufactured in Corona or Fullerton California? Is one reissue necessarily better than another in your opinion? Thanks, Al
